Extra Pattern Note:
All four of the coasters begin with the exact same stitches for the first three rows. Please note, that the patterns for each fried egg coaster begin to diverge all in row four, and then differ completely from that point on. Also, please note that some of the fried egg crochet coasters have five rows, but some have six rows.

First Three Rows for ALL Crochet Coasters:
Free Crochet Pattern - Fried Egg Coasters
Row 1: ch 4, sl st into the first ch
(to create a loop - we will be crocheting directly into the gap in between all of the stitches in this row, in the next row).
Row 2: ch 3, 16 dc into the round,
sl st into 3rd ch, finish the st with white yarn
(Insert hook into 3rd ch, pull through, yo with white yarn, pull through the white yarn, tighten both white and yellow yarn ends at the back of the project)
Row 3: ch 2, sc into the same st as the ch, *sc, 2sc *, repeat *-* until there is only 1 st left, 2 sc into the last st, st sl into the 2nd ch
(Should have 25 st total - not including the foundation ch st)
From here the patterns diverge, choose your preferred crochet coaster and continue with that portion of the free pattern:
Fried Egg Coaster #1:
Row 4: ch 2, sc into the next st, 2 sc, sc, sc, 2hdc, dc, dc, 2hdc, sc, sc, 2sc, sc, hdc, 2dc, tr, tr, 2hdc, sc, sc, 2sc, dc, tr, 2dc, hdc, sc, sl st into 2nd ch
Row 5: ch 2, sc, sc, sc, 2sc, hdc, hdc, hdc, 2dc, hdc, sc (8), hdc, 2dc, 2tr, 2dc, dc, hdc, sc (5), dc & tr in the same st, dc, 2hdc, sc, sl st into the 2nd ch
Cut yarn, fasten off

Fried Egg Coaster #2:
Row 4: ch 2, sc into the next st, 2sc, hdc, dc, dc, 2tr, dc, hdc, 2sc, sc, sc, 2hdc, dc, dc, 2hdc, *sc, sc, 2sc*, repeat * - * until there is only 2 st left, sc in each of those st, sl st into the 2nd ch from the start of the round
Row 5: ch 2, sc into the next st, sc (4), 2hdc, dc, 2dc, hdc, sl st (4), hdc, 2dc, tr, dc, 2hdc, *sc, sc, sc, 2sc*, repeat *-* until the end of the round.
Row 6: ch 1, sc into the next 6 st, 2hdc, 2dc, 2dc, 2hdc, sc, st sl (5), sc, 2hdc, 2dc, 2dc, hdc, hdc, hdc, sc, sl st, sl st, sc, 2dc, 2dc, hdc, sc, sl st into the rest of the st in this round, and then sl st into ch 1,
Cut yarn, fasten off
Fried Egg Coaster #3:
Row 4: ch 2, sc into the next st, *2dc, dc, dc, 2sc, sc, sc,* repeat *-* 3 times, then 2dc, dc, 2sc, sc, dc, 2dc, sl st into 2nd ch
Row 5: ch 2, sc into the next st, hdc, 2dc, hdc, sc, sl st (3), sc, hdc, 2dc, hdc, sc, sl st (3), sc, hdc, 3dc, dc, hdc, sc, 2sc, hdc, 2dc, 2tr, dc, hdc, sc, sc & hdc in the same st, 2dc, hdc, sc, sl st into the 2nd ch
Row 6: ch 2, sc into the next st, sc, hdc, 2dc, hdc, hdc, sc, sl st, sl st, sc, hdc, 2hdc, hdc, sc, sc, sl st (3), sc, hdc, 2dc, hdc, hdc, sc, sl st (4), sc, hdc, 2hdc, hdc, sc, sc, sl st, sc, hdc, 2hdc, hdc, sc, sc, sl st into the 2nd ch
Then, cut yarn and fasten off

Row 4: ch 2, sc into the next st, sc, sc, ch 3, turn, hdc in the 2nd ch from the hook, dc, sk, sl st into the next, sc (2), 2sc, sc (2), 2sc, sc, ch4, turn, hdc into the 2nd ch from the hook, hdc, dc into the side of the sc from before we chained, sk (2), sl st, *sc, sc, 2sc*, repeat *-* until there are 2 st left, sc, sc, sl st into the 2nd ch
Row 5: ch 2, sc into the next st, sc, hdc, hdc, 2sc, sc, hdc, hdc, sc (3), 2sc, sc (3), hdc (4), 3hdc, sc (2), hdc, dc, dc, *sc, sc, sc, 2sc*, repeat *-* until 2 st left, then sc, sc, sl st into the 2nd ch
Row 6: ch 2, sc into the next st, sc, sc, 2sc, sc, sc, 2dc, sc, (3), sl st (14), 2sc, hdc (3), dc, dc, hdc, hdc, sc, sc, sl st across the rest of the round
Cut yarn, fasten off :)
